To be eligible for a refund or exchange, customers must contact Klarity Kratom within 30 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are not covered by Klarity Kratom, regardless of whether the merchandise is defective or not. However, the responsibility for the quality of the product upon arrival to the customer lies with Klarity Kratom, and they will cover the shipping costs for product exchanges.
For a customer to qualify for a refund, the original product (in an unopened and untampered condition) must be returned with the request. Klarity Kratom products come in heat-sealed zip-locks that cannot be broken for a refund to be issued. If the return is questionable, Klarity Kratom reserves the right to deny a refund and will not issue refunds for opened products.
If a customer wants to exchange a product or receive store credit, the original product must be returned, and while it does not need to be unopened or untampered, Klarity Kratom reserves the right to refuse return requests and deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. Klarity Kratom does not reship returned items for any reason.
