Same Day Shipping

At Klarity Kratom, all orders placed before 2PM EST are shipped the same day. We ship across the US.

The exact delivery time for your order may vary depending on your shipment location. Despite same-day shipping, it may take 3-7 working days to receive your order

Free Shipping 

At Klarity Kratom, you can enjoy free shipping on all kratom orders above $50. 

Order Tracking

Once we ship your order, an order tracking number is assigned via email, which you can use to track the status of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Klarity Kratom ships across various US states/counties except the ones where kratom is legally banned or is regulated by local authorities. 

We don’t ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin in the US. 

Other than these, Klarity Kratom also doesn’t ship to the cities/counties having restrictions on kratom sale, purchase, and possession despite the state’s approval.

The list includes California (San Diego, Oceanside, Monument, Colorado (Parker), Florida (Sarasota County), Illinois (Jerseyville, Alton, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon), and New Hampshire (Franklin)

Note: We try our best to provide you with the latest information on the states/cities/counties where kratom supply, purchase, and possession are regulated by law. However, the data may change with time. We strongly recommend that customers acquire the latest information on state/ city/ county law before placing an order.

Shipping Delays

Klarity Kratom is not responsible for any shipment delays because of incorrect or incomplete address information, courier, weather, or other similar conditions.

Damaged Shipment

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, contact Klarity Kratom within 30 days of order placement to claim your refund or exchange.

Return Policy

If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact Klarity Kratom within 30 days to request a return or refund. If a product is received damaged, Klarity Kratom will cover the shipping costs for a product replacement or exchange.

Klarity Kratom does not cover shipping costs for refunds, regardless of whether the product was damaged or not. To claim a refund, the customer must return the product without opening or tampering.

To claim a product exchange or store credit, the customer should return the product as unopened. Klarity Kratom reserves the right to refuse a product refund/exchange after inspection of the returned product.

We also don’t reship the returned product after a refund/ exchange in any case.
