    The Maeng Da dose for me is one, white, 1/2 capsule.
    But gold , I like two, boil the water in the microwave a few seconds more after adding the Kratom, it seems to settle better,…… then drink it down to the grounds.
    To me it again s a good classy pick me up.
    The Green Malay is also excellent and to me it is like the ride you finally get trying to
    hitchhike,…..a quite smooth reliever that keeps you driving.
